    Each design is piped onto the pan and set before the butter cake batter goes on top, so it bakes right into the cake.

Our story

A small kitchen with very particular standards

Fold & Frost started in 2026 in a home kitchen with one idea: dessert should be as fun to look at as it is to eat. Every cake sandwich starts with a design baked straight into the cake, then gets folded around rows of hand-piped ermine frosting.

We keep the menu small on purpose. Real butter, real vanilla, quality chocolate, and nothing made ahead to sit on a shelf. Every batch is measured, timed and piped with precision, so the one you pick up looks just like the one you ordered.
